Miss World 2015 Timeline
It's the 65th edition of Miss World held in a grand outdoor stadium in Sanya, China. Last year's winner, Rolene Strauss of South Africa, will crowned her successor, Spain's Mireia Lalaguna, at the end of the show.

Dragon and fan dancers provided a colorful opening of the show.
Angela Chow, Tim Vincent and Megan Young hosted the 3-hour show.
All the 114 delegates were introduced to the crowd in pairs. Miss Philippines Hillarie Danielle Parungao was presented with Miss Poland Marta Palucka.
The first leader board was released. Miss Lebanon Valerie Abuo Chacra emerged number 1 with 425 points. Miss Philippines is ranked 9th.
Miss World Organization Chairwoman Julia Morley headed the board of judges. With her were previous Miss World winners: Linda Petursdottir of Iceland (Miss World 1998), Agbani Darego of Nigeria (Miss World 2001), Azra Akin of Turkey (Miss World 2002), Zhang Zilin of China (Miss World 2007) and Ksenia Sukhinova of Russia (Miss World 2008).
