Miss Universe Philippines Rachel Peters apologizes to fans


Moments after failing to reach the Top 5 of the Miss Universe 2017 pageant, Miss Philippines Rachel Peters apologize to fans in a video posted on Instagram by @pageantbuzzph. 

"I'm sorry we didn't make it to the top," says Rachel when she asked about her performance. The Filipina, however, who was responsible for the Philippines' 8th consecutive placement not below Top 10, is still happy about her performance.
