The new Darna now has 1 Million Instagram Followers

Less than 48 hours since the announcement of her taking on the iconic, career-changing,  and most-anticipated role of 'Darna', relatively fresh showbiz face Jane de Leon hits the 1 million mark on her Instagram followers. 

Before the announcement on Thursday morning, Jane (@imjanedeleon), has less than 700,000 followers. Her follower count surged and hit 1 million on Saturday morning. One day earlier, her account also got verified by Instagram. 

Her latest post that showed her gratitude to the people who gave her this big break is also the most engaged post on her page. 

Looks like Jane de Leon's entertainment career is on full throttle. Good luck, Darna!
