From free unlimited calls and texts to all networks to free home internet, Globe Telecoms has intensified its efforts to assist communities affected or displaced by Typhoon Ulysses.
For GLOBE PREPAID USERS, there will be unlimited calls to Globe and Touch Mobile and unlimited texts to all networks for 3 days just to give typhoon victims a chance to recover.
FOR GLOBE POSTPAID USERS, they can enjoy continuous mobile service until November 14 regardless of the payment status of their accounts.
To let the affected users utilize their communication devices without interruption, TOUCH MOBILE USERS have free calls to Globe and Touch Mobile subscribers and unlimited texts to all networks.
For those stuck at home and relying on home broadband, a FREE 5GB data will be supplied to GLOBE AT HOME PREPAID AND POSTPAID USERS.
For those who weren't able to use their subscription when connection was down at the height of the typhoon onslaught, bill reversals will also be applied.
The areas where there free services will be offered are cities and provinces affected by Typhoon Ulysses like Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, eastern portion of Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Quezon, Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Quirino, central and southern portions of Nueva Vizcaya, southern portions of Benguet and La Union, Pangasina, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Batangas, Marinduque, northern portions of Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro, Albay, Sorsogon and Burias and Ticao Islands.
Fund raising for relief efforts are also ongoing via Globe Rewards and GCash.
