Dingdong Dantes takes pride in dual role in I Can See You: Alternate; co-actor alternate will be revealed after the show's run

 

The first five episodes in the opening week of "Alternate", the latest feature of the local anthology "I Can See You", had the viewers quite confused. There are two Dingdong Dantes's on the screen. 

Such is the excitement of the "Primetime King" as he takes on both the good boy and bad boy in the primetime show, which is actually one of the breakthroughs that he is looking for in his long showbiz career. He and the entire show also pulls in a co-actor to portray as the other Dingdong in demanding scenes that requires two actors in one frame. 

As to who the actor is, he will be revealed after the run of the entire mini-series. 

Actress Beauty Gonzales, who works for the first time opposite Dingdong, is also thankful for trying this process for the first time. She shares how much preparation was needed to be dealing with 4 versions of Dingdong's character in a single scene. 

Together with Dingdong and Beauty in the show are powerhouse cast that include Ricky Davao, Jackie Lou, Joyce Ching and Bryan Benedict. The show is aired every night after "I Left My Heart in Sorsogon" and before "Mano Po; Legacy".
