It is predictable. Yes, it is and we agree. With Erich Gonzales on the Cosmo Magazine Cover for September 2015, her boyfriend Daniel Matsunaga is also the cover of its special centerfold insert, that 20-pager mini-magazine which truly matters.
This Cosmo frenzy only happens once a year and we are kind of expecting someone new on the cover. James Reid or Elmo Magalona, perhaps but we are not saying that Daniel isn't cover-worthy. Maybe, he has passed his prime after attending several Cosmo shows and being among the centerfolds for more than once. But whatever, it is still a gorgeous cover. (Apologies. We are just confused).
It is worthy to note that even if Daniel is a Cosmo suki, it is his very first Cosmo centerfold cover. Maybe because Derek Ramsay didn't give him the chance after being there not once, not twice, but three times. Also quite a surprising fact is that Daniel is still 26. We are guilty of thinking that Daniel is thirty and thriving. Not that being 30 is bad.
Aside from Daniel, we only have three other mainstream guys on the cover: JC de Vera, Elmo Magalona and Derick Monasterio. The rest are TV commercial and runway models. The most popular perhaps is LA Aguinaldo who is being joined by Kirst Viray, Leandro Amadeo, Jens Knuttel, Ryan Arana, and Clint Bondad.
