One of the restaurant’s owner Catherine Abundo disclosed she has invested so much in bringing in some of the best chefs in the country to guarantee elevated tastes among its food offerings. TV host and celebrity Chef Boy Logro leads the list of chefs that are working on the restaurant’s rich menu. “Mi-nake sure ko talaga na magagaling na chefs ang makakatrabaho ko para stand out ang food namin,” Abundo said.
Joining Logro in the celebrity chef lineup are 19-year chef and R&D Head of Gerry’s Grill Cesar Aguilar, Kingsford Hotel Manila’s current executive chef Angelo Timban, and renowned chef consultant Anthony Ang among others. They are joined by master baker chef Chong Garcia Laureta to beef up the desserts section.
The restaurant also boasts a beautiful interior, treating food enthusiasts in the north to both a gastronomic and aesthetic experience. “Ginastusan namin. Kailangan maganda ang experience ng kakain so if pupunta sila dito, they can also enjoy the view,” Abundo said, providing more premium to a restaurant tucked in the heart of the Quezon City commercial district.
